The Kathea Channel Partner Reseller Program is an objectives-based program providing a framework whereby partners can measure their abilities and improve their knowledge and Skills. Kathea provides our channel partners with the tools, support, resources and training to maximize profitability and reach the joint desired objectives.
This program aims at strategically aligning Kathea with its partners in meeting the needs of customers and consequently to invest with partners, in order to deliver mutual business growth.
Kathea’s partner program is defined by partners who have compiled a business plan, invested in training as well as demonstrated revenue performance. The level of partnership is dependant on the above. As this committed business relationship increases, so too does the company’s overall recognition in the selected reseller increase – incentivising the partner on a number of agreed levels.
On conclusion of a certified training course, all participants receive a certificate of achievement. When customers see the Product Specialist Certifications, defined by the Polycom certification logo, they can be assured that they are working with an organisation that has superior product knowledge around Polycom’s product portfolio, delivers outstanding and consistent technical support, and has a strong relationship with Kathea and Polycom respectively.
